Do you have specific questions regarding your child’s sleep that you’d like to chat to us about, and don’t feel like you need ongoing 1:1 support? Perhaps your child’s sleep is generally ok, but you’d like some advice around naps, day routine, nutrition, sleep environment, adjusting to daycare, or another topic. Or maybe you just need some feedback or reassurance on what you are currently doing.
We’d love to support you on a one-off Sleep Support Consultation. The consultation will last 30-45 minutes.
